- Onboarding Profile Preferences: Target exam selection (SSC, Banking, Railways, UPSC, State PSCs), preferred language (English/Hindi), target exam year, and your self-assessed preparation level.
- Performance Data: Mock test scores, accuracy velocity charts, time spent per question, All-India Rank (AIR) tracking, and custom remedial test generation metrics.
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and network performance indicators to optimize frontend delivery on slow 3G/4G networks.
2. How We Use Collected Information
ExamCoach AI processes personal information for the following specific purposes:
- To personalize your study dashboard, map your syllabus progress, and calculate your simulated pass threshold probability.
- To run our competitive Leaderboard Engine (displaying performance standings at Daily, Weekly, State, and National levels).
- To securely handle sachet-pricing payments and track premium mock test pack unlocks processed through the Razorpay SDK.
- To securely verify completion states of Google AdMob Rewarded Video Ads before issuing test unlock tokens.

We implement strict security measures to keep your data safe. We do not sell your personal data. Your performance stats are shared publicly only via the opt-in in-app competitive leaderboard system.
